With so many scenery options and such vast spaces available, the estate and our function centre is Hampshire and Berkshire’s ideal location for a wide range of private & commercial functions and events.
Functions
Meetings, spectacular away days, product launches, team building events, sales conferences, recruitment seminars, incentive days, family fun days, christmas parties, fireworks displays, corporate parties and dinners; all have successfully been held on our estate.
Outdoor Event Ideas
We are able to host; treasure hunts, orienteering, quad bike trecking, off-road racing, Land Rover™ trials, falconry, archery, clay pigeon shooting, night safari, casinos, giant chess, Scalextric™, traditional pub games and murder mystery parties. Other event ideas are welcomed and we'd be happy to work with you creating that something diffrent.
Facilities
For more intimate meetings and training sessions, Pitt Hall Barn, which is set in beautiful, inspiring surroundings offers Internet access, flipcharts, a data projector & screen and is fully equipped with modern kitchen and bar facilities. Our appointed caterers specialise in home cooked quality food and can cater for all your needs. Our staff understands how important it is that your day runs smoothly, and are on hand to meet your needs.
Location
Conveniently located along the A339 between the M3 & M4, close to Newbury, Reading and Basingstoke, the venue and the estate are easily accessible. There is parking available onsite for up to 200 cars.
The Venue
Beautifully restored in 2003, pitt hall barn acts as the perfect reception area for your event. It is an ideal base for out door events, which can be finished of with home made tea and cakes by the fire at the end of the day. The barn boasts traditional beams, a classic wooden floor, an on-site bar & modern kitchen; layed out in such away that smaller groups of around 20 feel welcome and cosy, while bigger groups of upto 250 have plenty of space, without being seperated from one another. This is brought about by a series of moveable sections which can be opened or closed acording to the size of the event.
Accommodation
If your guests need somewhere to spend the night we can recommend, and negotiate rates with a number of hotels and B&B’s in the area.
